Air Shower Tunnel have become an integral component of the modern cleanroom because their benefits more than pay for the small amount of space they occupy. With their interlocking doors and automatic cycling, air showers act as traffic guards, controlling passage into and out of the cleanroom. After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status. This air shower tunnel of which automatic sliding door is convenient for people entering air shower room, as well to reduce the enter time. Air Showers clean micro particles off personnel and equipment as they enter or exit a cleanroom. Upon exit, cleanrooms are envelope sealed when the unit automatically switches into an airlock. They can also be used to remove hazardous contaminate from personnel when exiting facilities. Not to be ignored is the psychological impact an air shower creates: Personnel are reminded with every passage that they are entering a controlled environment, while prospective clients are assured of your quality control standards when they enter your facility.

Operation Instruction
1. Put air shower on the correct location, connect the power wires of air shower with the power wires,
There are FIVE lines: 3*Live line, 1*Null line and 1*Earth line. The power supply is AC380V/50HZ/3 phases.
2. In order to make sure air shower to work normally and the cleanliness of workshop, please kindly use air shower according to the following correct method.
2.1 Please check if there are any people in air shower before you enter it. When air shower is working entrance door and exit door are electronic interlocked, it is forbidden to open the door at this moment.
2.2 Put hand toward to Open switch, the entrance sliding door will open , enter air shower, then entrance sliding door will be close automatically, photoelectric sensor is reacted by people or goods, blower fan will be blowing automatically (The air shower time is set 15seconds at factory, it is forbidden to change the air shower time during blowing), after blowing, exit sliding door open automatically, go out air shower, then exit sliding door will be close automatically.
