Introduce:
Clean room air shower are self-contained chambers installed at entrances to clean room and other controlled environments, it minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space, personnel entering or exiting the controlled environment are filtratin by high velocity HEPA filter air jets with velcities of 22-30m/s, then contaminated air is drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and re-circulated.
