Product Application
Modular Cleanroom(Clean Botth)lets you build an economical cleanroom in nearly any office or production space in just a few days. All steel frame supports ceiling grid, flexible vinyl strip shields, fluorescent lighting and fan/filter units to meet cleanliness requirements from ISO 5 – 8. Shields are made of static-dissipative PVC or Acrylic Sheet to control electro-static discharge.
Function
Clean booth is a kind of air purification equipment which supply partial purification environment. According to different handicrafts, one or several fan filter units can be made to form cleaning area of different types, specs and cleanliness class. They are with the following features.
1. Assembly structure designed, easy installation and shortening the delivery time;
2. Easily moved (Omnidirectional wheels can be installed), suitable for building small and high cleanliness area;
3. Module structure to improve high cleanliness class easily, great expansibility and high value for reusing.
4. Compared with ultra-clean clean bench, clean booth has large useful and effective area; while compared with traditional clean room, it has such features as low cost, fast construction and no limits for low floor.

4.Fan Filter Unit: Centrifugal fan with long-life, low noise, non maintaining, small shaking, seamless shifting and high quality.Special design of air flue can improve the efficiency and reduce the noise. And clean grade can be 100-100K class. Especially ideal for the area which requires a partial high cleanliness grade environment.
