Working Principle
The airshower tunnel operates based on the principle of high-speed, turbulent airflows through which particles are removed from the surface of the personnel or material. The airflow is provided through nozzles that are located at specific positions, ensuring that the desired level of flow and turbulence is achieved. The velocity of the airflow exposes any loose contaminants on the personnel or material to strong air streams that blow them off.
Technical Specifications
The equipment consists of a blower, an air filter, nozzles, and a metal enclosure. The incoming air passes through high-efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA) that removes particles larger and smaller than 0.3 microns. The filtered air is then forced out of the nozzles, providing a laminar, high-speed airflow in the range of 20-25m/s.
Structure and Composition
The shower room itself is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and corrosion. The interior is equipped with nozzles or a group of nozzles that spray air particles to form a strong wind shower. The floors and ceilings are coated with anti-static floors, whereas the doors are designed to avoid any direct contact. The unit is equipped with LED lights to ensure maximum lighting conditions.
