Air shower tunnel for Aerospace Industry:

Operation features :
1. Multiple - filtration system ( Pre - filter and HEPA filter ) and blower module ( rated 99.99% efficient @ 0.3ｕｍ ).
2. Available in powder coated steel , stainless steel have good corrosion resistance and rust resistance , meeting the requirements of various clean room .
3. Control panel provides programmable control , including Human voice broadcast system , Emergency button . The emergency button shall be located inside and outside of the Air Shower Tunnel in a conspicuous location , which help you get rid of the trouble .
4. The duration of air shower tunnel shall be adjusted to 0 - 99 seconds .
5. Electronic interlocking doors reduce contamination from the infection zone .
6. Automatic shower and energy-efficient LED lighting set to work by infrared ray inductor , better lighting and energy .
7. Variety of sizes and door ( equipped with half glass or full glass ) configurations . Custom sizes and configurations are also available .

The shoe sole cleaning machine consists of two parts , cleaning parts and drying part . In the scrub area , when walking on the conveyor , the cleaning machine repeatedly cleans the dust of the sole . Finally achieve the effect of thorough clean .
In the absorption zone , the polymer absorbent cotton can quickly absorb the residual moisture in the sole.
