Introduction :
Pass Box With Air Shower is designed according to the model of the air shower , the air blown out quickly by the fan will become clean air passing through the high efficiency filter , which can be used to remove the dust particles from the surface of the object effectively and rapidly. After the double filtration by circulation air and two level efficiency filter, the effect of purification is notable with strong usability . Operation features:
1. All components of the air shower pass box are designed for maximum chemical resistance and enhanced durability for a long service life . Available in powder coated steel , stainless steel .
2. The air shower pass box base surface is constructed of perforated stainless steel , making the work zone easy to clean .
3. Electrical or machinery interlock maintains cleanroom integrity by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time .
4. Use both pre-filter and HEPA filter , prolonging the working life of HEPA filter and reducing the operating cost .
5. The duration of air shower can be adjusted to 0 - 99 seconds .
6. Automatic shower set to work by infrared ray inductor .
7. High powered blower , large air volume with low noise .
8. The air is continuously filtered and recirculated .
9. Adjustable nozzles are mounted on the top .
